Fantastic timing for such a book. The “hidden” costs of the poor health of employees is brought to bear under a bright light in a tale of two companies, that is deeply rooted in factual matter. Employers, who want to make a healthier work environment and subsequently a better bottom line should read this book and apply its lessons. It illustrates how employers can help, sometimes dramatically and impactful. Probably not excellent news for Dunkin Donuts, but fantastic news for employees working for responsible employers. To all HR and corporate execs, this is an eye opener.

What a well written, and useful topic. Most leaders wouldn’t place health and wellness at the top of the list for increasing business, and workplace effectiveness. This book highlights areas of management and success that aren’t always apparent. I highly recommend it. John Bush: President, Adbongo, Inc.
